Information submitted voluntarily through the contact form or other communication methods (phone, email, etc.) is stored indefinitely on our personal computer email database, with appropriate security measures in place. However, we cannot control the retention practices of third parties regarding data collected through cookies or log files. You can periodically delete cookies and browser history to manage this.
Additionally, we have set a default retention period of 26 months for data collected through Google Analytics for analytical purposes.
MINORS

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Holly Ringler, LMFT for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about appointments and scheduling. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive less than one message per month. Holly Ringler, LMFT reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Holly Ringler, LMFT and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
